Whether it's a scenic ride along the boardwalk or an invigorating adventure in the countryside, the Cruise Bike delivers a smooth, enjoyable ride at a leisurely pace. The versatile, unique engineering also transforms riding on rough city streets into a pleasurable experience. The bike's tires are smooth in the middle, yet they have plenty of traction toward the outer area to help navigate through wet riding conditions.
Riders can stop on a dime with the integrated brake routing system - Avid Digit 3.0 V brakes, front SRAM 3.0 derailleurs, back SRAM SX 4 derailleurs and Rapid Fire shifter. The smooth ride can be attributed to the Suntour suspensions. The frame and bike chassis geometry comply with latest industry standards for sporty city bikes and comfortable trekking bikes for hours of cycling fun. Young cycling enthusiasts can join mom and dad on a smooth ride as the BMW Cruise Bike is compatible with standard child seats.
Shimano hubs with Rodi Typhoon rims in silver and Continental City Ride tires add to the design aesthetic of the "Cruiser," and the BMW logo is incorporated into the frame. The sleek bike forgoes spoke reflectors and instead uses illuminating 3M strips on the wheel rims.
